Definitely the best warmth-providing jacket we've ever worn. The cozy to weight ratio is unmatched. It's a puffer, but it's not too puffy, if that's appealing at all. Reduces the Michelin effect. The toggles at the hem do a lot to get it to sit in the right spot, so it's pretty versatile for differing heights. The zipper goes up higher than normal, though it's collarless for a seamless look. So when it's zipped low, it gives a nice shawl effect. Elastic thumb loops for wind blockage. Very interesting design, this one. Kind of encapsulates Gnuhr as a brand—highly effective, minimal but with surprising moments that up the design quotient in an unassuming way. Unisex.
